Change Policy

If you need to make changes to your trip (dates, itinerary, traveler names), please notify us at least 14 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability and additional costs incurred.

– Minor changes may be free or carry a small fee.
– Major changes may involve rebooking fees depending on the supplier.

Changes requested within 7 days of departure may not be possible or may incur higher fees.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

– 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees
– 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
– 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
– Less than 7 days: No refund

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. Non-refundable deposits, third-party service charges, and flight bookings may not be eligible for refund. Please check your itinerary for specific terms.
